On this day:

Importing an 'ArticHeat Ice Vest'

I placed an order for one of these today!

Its an ArticHeat Ice Vest & it should help reduce levels of heat stress during my Summer 5k's & 10k's. Apparently the British Team was equipped with them at Athens (not sure if that's a positive or negative referral!). To my experience Australian shipping is pretty good (i.e. when I've imported Emu Oil, speaking of which, I'm running low, hmmm.....), so I hope to receive it in a few weeks. That should be well in time for the peak of Summer (apparently this sort of pre-cooling should only be used at 70 degrees +). I shall obviously keep you all informed.
