On this day:

60 minutes Recovery/Easy

Second run, with my old man. 60 minutes Recovery/Easy in my NB 832's. Ran down to Temple Rise and came back along the Kenet & Avon canal via the Southcote estates (mixed road & offroad). Felt pretty bouncy. Ran my timed section along the Bath Road in 38 seconds! First time I've managed to do that by myself, and a pretty mean feat considering this weekends training density.
