Training Schedule for Week beginning April 17th

Just received 'King Dick's' orders for the week, and Im somewhat ambiguous. We're going to try crash training me for the Bracknell Half Marathon (doubles as the County Half Marathon championship), as I've got nothing to lose. Not sure about that, as I'd like to be able to walk by the end of the week, but I'm game for a laugh. Here goes...

Sunday: 2 hours / 17 Miles

Monday: 35 minutes / 5 Miles

Tuesday: 4 x Mile, 2 minutes recovery. Eyeballs out, on the track. Dont worry about times, 'dieing a death', etc. Its purely for training stimulus

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 35 minutes

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 20-30 minutes

Sunday: BRACKNELL HALF MARATHON (sub 1:15)

Should be a tough week. "Lets be having you!!!"
