A fresh new look for the Winter Schedule

I've prepared my Winter build up schedule in a format I used to use years ago. I find it a little more 'inspiring'. Please have a butchers...

Microsoft Excel version

It's all based on 3 key workouts a week, and a progressive build up of the supportive mileage. Comments & critique are welcome, as always.

First schedule- yay!

Microsoft Excel version

Here's my first draught schedule for Barry & Martin, as requested! Please get back to me if any of it looks unatainable or just plain wrong, it's only a first draught and I'm happy to modify it. I've put the quality sessions down as 60 minutes, as I had to put a skeleton figure in for purposes of mileage calculation/guess-timation. Enjoy...
