Hill session (10 Miles Total)


Ran the 8 reps of the Prospect Park Hill/Fartlek Loop with Blenker's and Rob, in my New Balance RX240 spikes. Took approximately 30 minutes & with my warmup & 5 mile cooldown it totalled approximately 10 miles. Found the first couple of repetitions hard, but once I'd setteled in I got in a groove. Used it as a substitute for the 20 minutes at 5 mile pace I had scheduled; based on the feeling in my legs I'd have to say it was probably harder! Legs felt dead bouncy in the cooldown though. On a side note, Rob felt dead sick after the session. Love that lactate! Blenkers also dicked me on a couple of reps too, barstard!!!
