Mileage Total For The Week- 82 Miles

This week I hit 82 miles, and it was easy. I repeat, 82 miles! Its the 3rd highest mileage week I've ever recorded. It didn't involve any 20 miles runs, no stupidly long doubles, just pure consistency (i.e. no day off). Got loads of decent quality runs in, a couple of excellent sessions (400's & hills) and I'm completely niggle free! Pretty happy, but its time to back off now for next weeks half marathon. Shame too, as I reckon I could have held this for another week, but there's no point logging the miles if I dont realise the benefits in my races.
