On this day:

Rest day- Robin Hood Marathon entered...

Nothing too much to report today really. Pulled my finger out and entered the Experian Robin Hood Marathon, which I guess is a good thing. Its the first marathon I've committed to since I've found my new level of form and since the horror that was Berlin (I ended up jogging round it, as I'd paid for my flights & accomodation, despite an injury I acquired in the build-up). I know I should be able to comfortably absorb the necessary mileage needed to train for a marathon now; I just hope I'm not jinxed.
Also on the note of race entry, I also recieved confirmation for both my own & Robert Prady's entry into the County 5k track championships at the John Nike Athletics Stadium, Bracknell. Now all we've got to do is persuade Nigel to enter!
Also found out tonight that Toby Laver isn't doing the Bracknell Half Marathon, so thats one less person to compete with for County honours then (phew!).
