On this day:

40 Minutes Easy

Not a lot to report really. Ran the Kennet & Avon Canal loop today, which I extended by climbing back up Mill Lane (NB 832's again!). I didn't time it, but I felt pretty darn good! Its amazing what a day off can do. Even though I felt sluggish all day yesterday, its sure done the trick. My run even contained a few pick-ups, including a sprint over my Bath Road Time-Trial section, and every thing felt like it was flowing. I'm feeling pretty good about Sunday now.
