On this day:

60 Minutes Steady, 9 Miles approx

Ran with Rob and the 'M.P.U.' (Male Parental Unit) for about an hour tonight, in my grey NB 832's (cushioning might be going a little bit on them, will have to get an expert assessment). We ran down the Bath Road, right into the Basingstoke Road, along Temple Rise, and back home along the Kennet canal, finishing off with Cumbrian Way. As I won a sweepstake between myself, Rob & M.P.U. as to how long the route would take, it has now been named the 'Craig route'.
Hamstring cramp still there, but OK/manageable. My shins and hip also felt good. I really enjoyed the run, even though there was a 10 minute tirade of foul weather. This is what running is about...
