On this day:

Pins in my needles, Physio session & coach meeting

Dear Blog...
I went to Wendy's this morning for my second physio appointment. Thankfully she feels my buttock complex is making fantastic progress, its much softer up palpatation, and my lower back feels much more free. She tried treating my right shin with accupuncture, by sticking needles in my lower leg, & counter-intuitively in my hands! I'll let you know if I have any fortune with this.

I then went to Basingstoke & Mid Hants Athletic Club, at the Down Grange track, about the possibilty of representing them in some track races this Summer (I feel this would help bring my running on significantly). Whilst there I spoke to the coach of Phil Tulba, Martin, whilst he was coaching one of his other athletes (John Hutchings). He felt that I would be an asset to the club & to pop down again Tuesday to join them in a session. He said it wasn't necessary for me to join the club at present, so I'm not committed yet.
