On this day:

40 Minutes Easy, 6 Miles approx.

Ran with the 'Old Man' today, up in East Reading (2 laps of Bullmersh Fields & 3 laps of Solly Giles Park) in my NB 832's. Hip feels as good as it has done in the last 4 days, but I've booked in to see Wendy Davies, 'physio to the Olympic stars', for tommorow afternoon (15:00) at Reflex health club, just in case. Pace was good, hip felt a lot looser (very little bursae pain) but my buttock felt odd. Im assuming thats just a result of the stretching though.

I'm going to set up my Quad 12L speakers this afternoon, I'll post pictures once they're in location. Hopefully they wont be as bassy as my floor standers...

Hi Craig

Just to clear a couple of things up as I've heard about things with you and Andy. It was me that mentioned the website to him, how else would I have known about your 1/2 marathon. Think i mentioned to Andy about the race and that it was good you won the race! He of course asked if i'd spoken to you, and without thinking twice I told him about it. Isn't that what the internet is all about, sharing information? No agro or trouble intended. hey, and if I made a website I'd be happy if more people red it! :-) ??? Anyway it seems to be doing the trick, you can now say your training is even more documented than my diary! I must be a good teacher. See you soon Chuck! Neil
