On this day:

5.5 Miles recovery with strides untimed

Ran the Cumberland Way, Kennet Canal, Circuit Lane loop with 'the Old Man' (my Dad, Neville Taylor) in my New Balance 834's today. Didn't time it, just worked off Nev's heart rate to keep it easy for him. Too windy to warrant timing my Bath Road Time Trial section, so I just ran it as a stride.
Hip is playing me up pretty bad, but some of my 'Old Dear's' Body Balance stretches seem to be relieving it wonders, so I might start doing that again after a 2 year lull! Also going to hit it with Movelat gel and ice.
