On this day:

Rest day- A quicker time?

Hmmmm.... Interesting. I'm being credited with 1:12:57 for yesterdays run. Have a look at the BBC Radio Berkshire site and you'll see what I mean! Must have fell into a time warp en-route yesterday. Marty McFly, eat your heart out! Can't moan too much, as it'll make AW look better for me. Also heard myself being interviewed on the 'wireless' this morning, I sound like a bastard mix of a farmer, a London wide-boy' & an imbecile {cringe}. Lord, take me now!

Someone also put a spontaneous congratualations thread on the RunnersWorld UK forums, which was nice. Never expected my win to get this much attention. Thanks 'Muttley', 'Barkles', 'Cougie', 'Evil Pixie', 'popsider' & 'Drew' (accurate as of 10:17)!

On the training front, very little to report, as its ANOTHER rest day (grrrr...)
