On this day:

A change is as good as a rest, 30 minutes Steady/Tempo (6 Miles Total)

Went down to Basingstoke & Mid Hants this evening as I fancied some quality company for my one session today. I hooked up with a guy called Darryl May (34:00 10k, 9:57 3k SC) and ran -

1 Mile Warmup, NB 832's
30 Minutes (4.5 Miles) Tempo, Saucony Fastwitch
800m Cooldown,
Saucony Fastwitch

Enjoyed the session, made a nice change to have an un-intense week. I need it to recover from my BUSA 10k and resulting niggles! Right shin is starting to ache a little on calf contraction, ignorable at present and certainly a result of all the oral anti-inflammatories I've been taking (I know I react badly to them), so now's the time to stop popping the 'evil white smarties'.
