On this day:

I've made a poster! Also, 'ice-vest inspiration'

Well, why not? I may aswell give into it and start heavilly promoting this site now, just to see how many hits I can achieve you understand...
Heres a link to the said poster (not in a quality sufficient for print mind you, email me if you want a hi-res one!), if you fancy a butchers.

On a totally unrelated topic, I've just conceived yet another use for my infamous 'Ice-Vest'. It could be used for the cryogenic treatment (thats 'icing' in laymen's terms) of broken/cracked ribs. Always nice to know, just in case it happens to me!

Iceing of the area surrounding the lung area particularly after suffering broken ribs could be quite dangerous. The restricted breathing that occurs with the pain of the condition means that you are more at risk from lung infections. Iceing the area would only compound this by making you even more at risk from a potentially risky lung infection.

just thought I'd mention it.

Cripes anonymous! If I was as darn smart as you, I wouldn't be hiding behind the anonymous pseudonym, I'd be wearing my identity proud (plus it helps me with comment/usage tracking!)...
Cheers for the spot though, if in the event of my ribs getting broken, my ice-vest will stay in the freezer. Not very often you get potentially life saving comments on a blog, eh?
