On this day:

35 Minutes Easy, 5 Miles approx.

I ran a Prospect Park/Tilehurst/New Hill Lane based loop today with Rob & the M.P.U. at an easy pace, just to wind my legs off (blue NB 832's). Not sure of the distance, not really fussed either. Legs felt good, glutes still a little sore from Tuesday. I ran my Bath Road Time Trial section, just to see where my turnover's at. I ran it in 38 seconds, wind at my back but solo. I didn't manage to hold my pace optimumly for the middle section either, so a respectable time. Nothing to do but relax now.

Addressing an earlier post, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ICE BROKEN RIBS. According to an earlier anonymous 'comment-er', it would be dangerous, so there. Now would seem like a good time to put up a disclaimer...

DISCLAIMER
Don't try this at home. Anything I do or recommend is done AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm relatively well trained, so if you've never run a step in your life, its probably not a good idea for you to try & replicate my repetition times on your first training session. Also, don't ice broken ribs.
