20 Minutes Easy 3 miles approx


I ran with my 'Old Man' in my grey NB 832's for 22 minutes today. We ran to the bomb-shelter on the Kennet & Avon canal and back. Felt average, but no niggles anywhere, so if I relax tonight, a reasonable performance should be on the cards tomorrow.

I may wear my Nike Mayyfly's in the 5k, as its such a short race. I've also calculated my 'ideal' splits for the race, basically 3:12 for each kilometer or theres about. Thats 76 to 77 second lapping for 12.5 laps, nice...
