7.25 Miles Easy, untimed


A nice untimed run around the Hosehill Lake loop in my newer NB 832's was about all I felt up to today, as my calve are stiff as boards after the weekend. I appear to have tweaked my right shin yesterday, but nothinh serious, just small knot at worst. Even though I can't walk down the stairs properly, for some odd reason I feel largely OK running. Go figure...
