On this day:

Wide track spikes, any ideas?

Readers,
Any of you out there know of any distance spikes with a relatively wide midfoot section & heel (i.e. not a giant cut-away under the arch)? Due to my relatively flat footed running action, I need something with a relatively large contact area. At the moment, my dependency on racing flats for racing creates a situation where I'd be at a disadvantage in a wet track race. Any personal experiences or recommended resources really appreciated! I like the look of these Nike Zoom Eldoret II's, they're sexy as hell, but I don't think they're appropriate somehow!
