On this day:

5.5 Miles easy untimed

I ran the Cumbrian Way, Kennet & Avon Canal, Circuit Lane loop with the M.P.U. in my ASICS DS Flash today (untimed). The shoes felt great, they deserve a more regular spot in my rotation! My knee felt entirely fine, just muscularly weird, up until the last half mile where it started to feel a tiny bit aggravated again. On the whole though, its progress as I'm still only inside the first few says of a layoff (so no fitness lost!) and I've gone from running 14 minutes slowly yesterday to nearer 40, faster paced, minutes today with less aggravation. On the whole, pretty pleased.
