On this day:

Doh! I had to test it... (2 Miles Approx)

My Old Man was going over to Bracknell to do a speedwork session, and as my knee was feeling so good, I thought I'd join him for the 2 Mile warmup in my blue NB 832's. The area above the knee cap started to feel irritated after 10 minutes, so I stopped at the next feasible point (14 minutes). The 'pain', if you can even call it that, took way longer to come on than my last 3 runs, and when it did come on it was only minimal (there was no popping of the joint, or restricted movement, or tearing feelings, just plain old irritation). Still, I'm not going to fool around with this, so I'll take another day off methinks.
