On this day:

70 minutes Easy, 10 Miles approx.

Went for a run with the M.P.U. along the Kennet towards Newbury (35 minutes out, to the 'loud dogs house', 34:05 back) in my blue NB 832's. My Vas-Med still feels a bit bruised from the rail hitting incident, but I can't see it being too much of a problem long term. I'm hitting it with ice & Movelat. Felt average on the run really, I had turnover to spare, but I did feel a bit achey in various places (left shin: 2/10, right upper knee at end: 4/10).
Saw Mr Hartney, Liz's husband, down by the Kennet tonight, exchanged greetings e.t.c.
Also, due to todays heat, I've decided to charge & freeze my ArticHeat Ice-Vest, (15 minutes water submersion followed by freezing) so I have the option at Wargrave.
