On this day:

5.5 Miles Approx. in 33:05

I ran the Cumbrian Way, Kennet & Avon, Circuit Lane loop today with Rob in my blue NB 832's at a strong, but still conversational, pace. We ran it in 33:05, which is only a few seconds than we've done prior as a tempo run! Obviously its around 3 minutes off my best pace for it, but then wasn't trying to hack it. Knee felt better than yesterday, aggravation free up until 10 minutes. I've booked in to see Wendy Davies, physio extraordinaire at 8:30 tomorrow at Reflex Fitness, to get it sorted.
