On this day:

Speedwork: 2 x 4 x 200m, 5 miles total

THIS evening's speedwork session was undertaken in the environs of Down Grange. Details below:

1.5 mile warmup NB 832s
2 x 4 x 200m, (1 minute recovery between reps, 2 minutes between sets), Blue Puma Harambee
30, 32, 32, 32 - 32, 33, 32, 32
2.5 mile cooldown NB 832s
5 Miles Total

I felt rather tired during the session, in a muscular sense. There was no 'snap in my legs', specifically the calves and hamstrings. I need to ease right off for Saturday's 5k now, before it's too late!
