70 Minutes Easy (10 miles Approx)


ROBERTO and I ran around The Lookout, Bracknell Forest this afternoon. I wore my NB 832's. Sadly, towards the end of our XC run, in which we had taken in the glories of various rambling trails, we realised we were horrifically lost. I managed to turn my ankle, contorting my foot to a pretty horrid angle, at this point. However, it snapped back up to correct alignment pretty quickly and there wasn't any residual pain until I got back to the car (which took us about another hour and a half of jog/walking). All in all, a pretty dire sojourn...
