On this day:

4 Miles Easy, Untimed

I ran around Prospect Park in my Nike Free 5.0's this morning, as I'm spending this evening in Derby, hence an opportunity to train later is unlikely to present itself. I felt a bit sluggish, and quite beat up after yesterday's tempo run - specifically in the calves & shins. I may have tomorrow off, as the last thing I really feel up to is a speedwork session, given how tired I am now, and the attached risk of making any residual muscle damage worse.
