On this day:

Mileage Total For The Week- 58.5 Miles

Just for a sake of completeness, I've totted up my weekly mileage & it is:

58.5 Miles

A lot more of it was quality work than normal though, so I'm not surprised the volume has dropped. I'm sure it's sufficient to realize improvements over my target distances for the Summer (specifically 3k, 5k & 10k). Martin & Barry certainly are reassuring me that it is.

Also, a word of advice to those of you out there running with an odd arm action. Whatever your particular malady is, be it 'stirring the cauldrons', 'waving magic wands', 'choking yourself' or 'bouncing the basketball', seek some expert advice (from a UK Athletics Affiliated coach) and get it sorted! It makes so much difference to your running mechanic that its frightening.
