On this day:

Battle of Sedgemoore 10k, Langport, Somerset (15.2 Miles Approx)

Ran a PB over 10k Road today! I'm gob-smacked, as I would have never thought it possible to run so well off such a heavy week! The day went as below:

10:00 - 20 minutes Warmup + Strides, Nike Skylon Mk3's [ 3 Miles, inc strides]
11:00 - Battle of Sedgemoore 10k (Undulating, windy & isolated- Nike Mayflys), 34:20 [3:24, 3:31, 3:28, 3:12, 3:45, 3:00, 3:26, 3:36, ???, 6:56]. Legs felt dead from the start, due to the mileage, I was severly suprised at the time I achieved!
12:00 - 20 minutes Warmup + Strides, Nike Skylon Mk3's, felt light headed, depletion? [ 3 Miles]
