Tuesday 4th Octobers run (6.5 miles)

I ran from the gym with Nigel, we ran a bit of the Henley half marathon route at an easy/steady pace. Plus a small weights routine.

Chest press with dumbells to failure 22,20,18,16,14,12
Chinups (assisted dip with just 5kg to make the machine easier to use) 1x11 1x7 1x6
