Summery of the last few days

Friday-no run travled to Kernow
Saturday-25mun steady to Meanporth beach, foot much better
Sunday-50min Meanporth,Swanpool & Gylingvase
Monday-Right foot better, but left foot sore in exactly the same place as the right was???
