Tuesday 28 junes run (6 miles)

1 mile warm up, 3miles jog 50m sprint 50m, 2 mile cool down.
Chest feels much better, but got tighter as we went on, I,m not coughing as much. Quite a good session to 'get back in to it' probably going to do two easy 35s tommorow and possibly some gym work. Planning to start some form of structured weights programme because i,ve been a bit slack lately.
