Wednesday 4th Mays Run (12 miles)

Very early AM: Gym session Chest press 2x10 35kg (Dumbell)
Pectoral Flyers 1x10 15kg
Hip Flexor 12.5kg x 30 (each leg)
Calf raises, Lunges, Half Squats, Shoulder press, Lat pull down.

7PM Easy run with Falmouth road runners, hilly route (sorry, illy) about 1hr20 .We ran out to Meanporth and up to Budock, back through the woods, past the Causeway, up Theadon road and along to the club house.Ran in my reeboks lite (?)
