Schedule for next week.

Monday: Run to Craigs(22minish) 35 min with Mr.T, run home
Tuesday:1 hour - 75min steady
Wednesday:30min - 45 min steady hilly route (Bracknell Forest?)
Thursday:as Tuesday
Friday:30min - 1hr easy
Saturday:30min - 45min hilly route
Sunday:1.5 - 2 hours (Newbury-Reading?)

The observant amongst you may notice that last weeks schedule was not followed very closely...You know what they say about the best laid plans.
